Freepost
The free Collect4School recycling scheme has ended, please do not send items back by freepost.
We prefer schools to send items back via courier collection if at all possible however sometimes this is just not practical for island schools or schools with only a few pupils and small amounts to recycle.
If you would like to send items back by freepost to us then please follow the checklist below:
- Remove all excess/bulky packaging from printer cartridges/mobile phones
- Reuse carrier bags to keep mobile phones and printer cartridges separate (so mobiles don’t get inky)
- Include a slip with your School name and address in all your parcels (make sure that this won’t be ruined by ink leaks and you can be identified as the sender!)
- Reuse cardboard boxes to parcel items up
- Record on the outside of your parcels the number you’re sending e.g. Box 1 of 2
- Tightly seal your parcels with plenty of sticky tape so that they don’t split in transit
- Download and print our freepost address label to stick on your parcels OR write the following freepost address:

- Record sender address on the outside of the parcels
- Take your parcels to a Post Office to be posted to us
- Let us know that they’re on their way! Contact us
